Take eating seriously: 🍲

Your body is a motor that needs constant energy, so you need to eat constantly to survive and function.

⚠️ This continuous intake of food helps maintain the stability of blood sugar and the balance of digestive enzymes.

✅️ For this purpose, eat breakfast in the first hour of waking up, then eat every 3 to 4 hours during the day and take the last meal an hour before going to sleep.

This continuous eating does not mean eating a lot but it means eating continuously.

⛔️ Because one of the bad habits that causes a decrease in basic metabolism and as a result not losing weight, is skipping meals such as breakfast or even snacks. ⛔️
